Responsible regulation places limits on government not citizens, businesses and private property. Government must be simple, fair and responsive to citizens. I will work with other legislators and agencies to encourage responsible spending. We must ensure productive employees are fairly compensated and reward agencies that limit wasteful spending. I will work to review and repeal existing laws that over-regulate citizens, burden employees and inflate bureaucracy.

I will work to restore local control of education to parents, teachers and school boards.

I will apply foundational law and principles in evaluating current law and pending legislation to ensure that individual freedom and free enterprises flourish.
